Reiki Treatments 

Reiki is a simple, relaxing, and safe method of healing and transformation. It promotes healing by the "laying on of hands", and is based on the idea that there is a vital, life-giving energy that sustains every aspect of life. A personal energetic system that is depleted of this vital energy can be vulnerable on a physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual level of being. Reiki is used to replenish and rebalance that energy. It has been effective in helping virtually every known disease and dis-ease, and further works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to promote recovery.

Chakra Balancing 

Chakra balancing is the practice of restoring a harmonious flow of energy within the chakra system. A balanced chakra system often translates into feelings of well-being, centeredness, clarity, and vitality. Individual chakras serve specific functions in and of themselves, while having a dynamic connection with and influence on the other chakras within the system. Chakras are literally influenced by everything that happens in every experience at every level: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Events and experiences have long lasting impacts on current states of being, and therefore influence current experiences, beliefs, feelings, and perspectives.

About Josie Furey, LMT, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Ho'oponopono Practitioner 

Since 1995 Josie has been a practitioner and educator in the wellness and healing arts field. She served as a part time faculty member at the Northeastern Institute of Whole Health for 3 years. In 2007, she founded Stillwater Wellness Center, LLC in Dunedin, FL.  

Over the years, she has had extensive training in many forms of energywork including three different systems of reiki, advanced Magnified Healingâ, Shamballa Healing, crystal therapies, chakra balancing, Transformational Breathwork, and many other modalities. She developed her own system of reiki called Crystalline Sound Reiki, which incorporates energetic and sound therapies. She has attuned and certified over 1200 people to the practice of Reiki.
